My apologies but your prints are made to order, so once an order is printed and shipped, I can no longer accept returns. However, if you made a mistake when ordering it, please contact me within 24 hours to cancel the order.
I check every print before I ship it to ensure there are no blemishes. If the print was to acquire injuries during shipment, please first contact the shipping company for compensation, then contact me for replacements/refunds/adjustments.

No I do not sell any prints with frames, it is soley for photographs. You will receive a print without a frame and will need to purchase a frame or visit a custom framer to frame your own print.
