‘Turning Toward Jerusalem’ - my new Israel painting.
It’s named this because each seashell is placed facing Jerusalem, inspired by the Jewish thousands-of-years-old tradition of turning toward Jerusalem in prayer. Each shell and piece of sand in this work was gathered by me in Israel.
 
No matter where you are in the world, even just along the Israel shoreline, every turn and every path leads home.
